Food Service Division

The Allen County Correctional Center (The Allen County Jail) has a full time, food service division.

Currently, this division has four full time employees, and one part time employee to prepare 3 meals a day, seven days a week. Roughly, every year the food service division prepares and serves 330,000 meals.

Ralph Gatrell is Head Cook. The other staff personnel includes Julie Cheney, Wendy Billitner, Anita Eberhart, and part time employee Phyllis Cockrell.
